PBS to Discontinue Daily Syndication of "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood"

PBS has decided to discontinue their weekday syndication of "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood". I grew up with Mr. Rogers. There was always a lesson/theme in every show. It was a "quiet" time to slow down and gather one's thoughts. He taught to resolve conflicts peacefully; to like who you are as a person and that you are special just as you are. As the world gets more and more violent and our children seem to idolize tasteless and dangerous celebrities, I think these lessons are more needed now than ever. I hope that PBS changes their mind. If you want to let them know how you feel, this site has links to allow you to do so.
